J. V. female age 53 presented with chronic low back pain and right leg radiating pain of 10 month duration. Prior treatment history: physical therapy, chiropractic, 2 spinal epidural injections all with limited to no benefit. MRI showed broad disc bulge with facet and ligament hypertrophy with encroachment on neural foramen. Spondylolisthesis present.
6 weeks of Spinal Decompression Traction Therapy resulted in elimination of leg pain, with residual minimal "discomfort" present only on lower lumbar spine.
R. M. Female age 81 presented with severe back and radiating leg pain. Significant impairment with walking due to pain. Severe disc compression L5/S1, Moderate to severe disc compression L4/L5 with spondylolisthesis.
4 weeks of spinal decompression therapy resulted in significant decrease in back and leg pain severity. Improvements in walking duration and comfort.

E. G. Female age 28. 18 month duration of lumbar spine pain with right buttock pain and bilateral thigh pain bilaterally. 4-5/10 pain intensity with surges reaching 9/10 with prolonged walking.
Spinal Decompression Therapy for 3 weeks resulted in complete relief of pain. 1 month post treatment participated in 24 hour cancer relay walk covering 9 miles with no pain.
Glenn age 69. Chronic lumbar spine pain with 9-10/10 pain severity radiating down left leg through the foot to the big toe. Symptoms were present for several years, but pain severity significantly worse over past year. Daily vicodin for pain management. Prior epidural spinal injections, chiropractic and physical therapy all with mediocre results.
